Spalding Model Railway Exhibition

About this event

Spalding Model Railway Club’s annual exhibition takes place on 31 October–1 November 2026 at Springfields Exhibition Centre, Spalding, Lincolnshire, PE12 6ET.

The club has announced around 30 layouts across the popular gauges, supported by traders, associations and demonstrators. Five traders will be making their first appearance at the show.

The layout programme includes Scottish Borders setting Edrom in N, Welsh-inspired Mynydd Tatws newydd in 009 and the TT:120 layout Llanwyddyn. Other subjects range from the First World War supply scene A Cold Front to Lincolnshire railway locations, offering plenty of variety in period and scenery.

Younger visitors can look out for Mitchell Junction, a layout designed for children to operate using digital control and sound-equipped trains. Under-fives enter free, while admission for ages 5–16 is £2. Advance tickets are available through the club’s website, which also carries the full layout and trader programme.
