Hornby has added Greater Anglia’s 755414 “Lest We Forget” to its OO-gauge range, offering a contemporary passenger train with a distinctive remembrance livery.
The four-car FLIRT pack, catalogue number R30468, is listed at £449.99. Hornby is accepting pre-orders and currently expects delivery in spring 2027; that remains an estimate.
Hornby says Greater Anglia supplied the colours, fonts and logos for the decoration. The model includes separately fitted roof equipment, detailed interiors and a lighting package whose full functionality requires DCC operation.
The company also states that it will make a one-off donation to the Royal Legion Poppy Appeal in connection with the model. Its product page does not describe a fixed donation from each individual sale.
For present-day East Anglian layouts, the attraction is a specific, recognisable unit rather than an anonymous passenger formation. It also makes a timely subject to highlight as Remembrance Sunday approaches, although the model itself is due next year.
