PECO gives TT:120 beginners a new starting point

A new Code 55 starter track set and planning booklet lead PECO’s latest TT:120 additions, alongside fresh private-owner wagon liveries in TT:120 and N.

PECO’s latest TT:120 additions include a Setrack starter track set, offering newcomers a practical route from choosing the scale to planning a working railway.

The ST1200 package contains a second-radius Code 55 circuit, left- and right-hand points, straights, two buffer-stop kits and the Making a Start in TT:120 booklet. It is a track package: locomotives and a controller are not listed among its contents.

Gaugemaster’s 28 October report gives an RRP of £125. PECO currently lists a planned release on 30 November 2026, with delivery expected two to three weeks afterwards. These are projected timings.

The accompanying booklet is also offered separately, with six track plans and component lists. For anyone weighing up a first layout, that is a useful complement to the growing choice of trains.

There is fresh freight interest too: Gaugemaster reports a Tyne Main Coal Ltd seven-plank wagon in N gauge, RRP £21.45, and an Anderson wagon in TT:120, RRP £22.95. Both are listed for pre-order.
